William B. Evans was born in Bath County, Ky., March 18, 1825, where he resided for some time. About 1851 he moved to Montgomery County, Ind., where he resided until death, which occurred Sunday, March 10. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Plunket, of Crawfordsville. Interment was at Pisgah Cemetery. He leaves a wife, two sons, Thomas and William E., and a daughter, Mrs. Lizzie Stipe.
